Merchandise is sold on an approval basis and may not be returned without prior authorization. Customers returning goods without authorization will be responsible for freight costs and restocking fees. We package our merchandise carefully and cannot be responsible for damages in transit. Should a package be delivered in damanged condition, or if you receive less than the number of packages stated on the delivery bill, inform the delivery driver to make note of such damage/shortage on the delivery bill or you may lose your right to make a claim with the delivery company. Any claims for defective merchandise or shortages in packing must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of merchandise.
